1st floor twin bedroom There is a delightful garden and a secluded terrace adjacent to the cottage, with garden furniture and a barbecue.
The Cottage is superbly comfortable and is exceptionally well furnished to very high standards with antiques and designer fabrics.

Farmhouse kitchen with dining table and chairs, electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, food processor, radio and colour TV. Shower room with shower, WC and wash basin. Door to terrace and gardens with garden dining table and 6 chairs, barbeque.

Upstairs

1 Double/Twin bedroom with zipped and linked beds; 1 Split Level Twin; Bathroom with bath, WC and hand basin. Stairs to Double bedroom.. All bedrooms have views to garden, ample hanging and drawer space, hairdryers, clock radios, choice of duvets or blankets.

Heating and electricity included in rental June - August, meter readings at all other times. Colour TV, video, hi-fi, garden furniture, BBQ, telephone. Linen and towels provided free of charge. Use of owners' tennis court by arrangement. Owners have dogs and cats so pets by prior arrangement only at £15 per pet per week.
